Bridge Recruitment are networking for an Operation Manager to join the Team of one of our clients, a market leader in technology and innovation within the cleaning industry. As Operation Manager, you will be responsible for managing staff to ensure they provide an excellent service to high-profile clients, overseeing their performance and maintaining a productive work environment. Responsibilities:

  • Manage staff, ensuring smooth operations and maintaining a productive work environment

  • Oversee team member performance, delegating tasks and providing guidance

  • Promptly address any complaints and implement changes based on customer feedback

  • Conduct regular audits to maintain the integrity of the business, and ensuring continuous improvement
