Overview:We are searching for a Marketing Director to spearhead marketing efforts within the Luxury Investment, E-commerce, and Retail sectors.
In this role, you will lead the development, marketing, and sales plans, with a primary focus on the launch of a new luxury retail shop.
Day to day & Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a PR strategy to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
- Coordinate PR events and initiatives to engage our target audience effectively.
- Lead all aspects of paid advertising initiatives, maximising ROI and driving qualified traffic.
- Drive organic growth strategies across various social media channels and content marketing.
- Develop and run content strategy aligned with brand values and target audience.
- Liaise with E-commerce and Retail Managers to ensure alignment of core business goals.
Role Requirements:
- Experience in launching and marketing in-house brands and products.
- Commercially oriented with experienced strategic thinking and execution.
- Proficiency in CRM and CMS management platforms, including Hubspot CRM, Webflow, and Wordpress.
- Highly skilled in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Semrush, AHRefs, and Meta analytics reporting.
- Degree in Marketing or related field.
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to thrive in a team environment.
- Team-oriented with strong initiative and multitasking abilities.
