Senior Commercial Manager

I have been instructed on behalf of a leading international architectural design company with offices in central London.

The company has designed various interesting and centrepiece buildings around the world, including skyscrapers, bridges and buildings of significant public importance.

Job Role:We are looking for a Senior Commercial Manager to join the company for a 6-month temporary contract, reporting into the Director of Commercial.

Requirements:

• Experience with bid writing/bid management.
• Able to devise a commercial strategy to respond to new opportunities and RfPs.
• Ability to prepare and amend commercial and legal documentation, such as design agreements, consultant collaboration agreements, NDAs, fee proposals and scope of services.

Review briefs and tender documents

• Collect key information for the preparation of the proposal

• Propose commercial strategy to respond to new opportunities and RfPs.
