HR/Payroll Executive - International Business School - London
Connaught Education is collaborating with an independent higher-education business school, with campuses across multiple European cities, to help recruit a HR/Payroll Executive to join their HR team at their London Campus.
Location: Hampstead, London
Salary: 32,000 - 35,495
Start: As soon as possible (the school are willing to look at candidates with notice periods up to a month)
Contract: Full-time, Permanent. 4 days in the office and Fridays from home to start with. After a settling in period, this could be discussed.
The Business School is a unique school that attracts students and academics from over 100 different nationalities to its London campus.
As a HR/Payroll Executive, you'll play a pivotal role in the school's HR team, focusing on recruitment, payroll, and general administration across the campus.
Some elements of the role include:
- Recruitment and onboarding
- Payroll administration
- Maintaining HR records on the school system
- Overseeing people processes while being the first point of contact for inquiries.
The team are seeking a proactive, well-organised individual with a genuine passion for HR and payroll.
Initially, the role will be to handle day-to-day HR and payroll queries and manage monthly payroll preparation. As the individual grows in the role, there will be opportunities to expand their skills in areas such as HR systems, reporting, and analytics.
The HR team are a sociable and supportive team who are dedicated to driving HR excellence across their London campus. From implementing processes to ensuring compliance, the team work collaboratively and really value teamwork.
