As the Fire Compliance Manager, you will be:
- Registering all high risk buildings and ensuring the organisation stays compliant in all areas of fire safety
- Providing fire safety advice to the team being the subject matter expert
- Reviewing fire strategies and implementing any appropriate changes
- Carrying out site audits, overseeing the fire safety contracts and building strong relationships with clients
Experience / Qualifications:
- Social housing / residential experience
- Currently working in a senior fire safety position
- Extensive fire safety knowledge
- Contract management experience
- In-depth knowledge of housing construction and fire systems
- Previous experience leading a team
- IFE graduate membership or Diploma in Fire Safety
