- Utilise Word, Excel, and Publisher for various tasks.
- Gather market and customer information to drive sales activities.
Qualifications and RequirementsÂ
- Customer service background in an office environment.
- Computer skills, with a preference for previous computer-based experience.
- Experience in contacting businesses via phone and face-to-face.
