Overview:
Our client in Bruntingthorpe are currently seeking an Office Assistant to join the team. The ideal candidate will assist in daily administrative tasks to ensure efficient office operations.
This position offers a great opportunity for someone looking to develop their administrative skills in a professional office environment.
** Due to the location you must be able to drive to be considered for this role. **
Duties:
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents
- Locating vehicle keys and registering
- Data input
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in clerical or administrative roles is preferred
- Excellent data entry skills and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Familiarity with general office procedures and equipment
