As Financial / Project Accountant you will be responsible for a key transition project for the business, including putting workflows in place, migrating Excel models and improving processes. This is initially an interim role but could turn permanent for the right candidate.

Description
As Financial / Project Accountant responsibilities will include:
- Creating an automated financial consolidation process
- Migrating Excel models and creating new models from scratch
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement in financial reporting and accounting operations.
- Monthly balance sheet reconciliation for the group
Profile
My client is looking for someone with the following experience:
- Qualified Accountant (although Qualified by Experience candidates will be considered)
- Financial reporting and accounting expertise
- Experience of creating Excel models from scratch
- UK Tax knowledge
You must be able to commit to the temporary assignment.
Job Offer
A day rate dependent on experience, in the range of £250-£310 per day (umbrella company rate)
The opportunity to work from home 4 days per week if required
