Financial Controller

We are currently working in partnership with a highly acquisitive business based in North Kent who are looking to recruit a Financial Controller. Reporting to the CFO you will be responsible for:- Leading the operational finance team to ensure timely and accurate reporting- Implementation of robust financial systems, processes, and controls to support operational and strategic objectives- Managing the monthly reporting cycle and identify areas for improvement- Development of the existing team- Preparation of external reporting including audited financial statements and reporting to external stakeholders- Building relationships with non-finance functions to deliver improved reporting- Work closely with the CFO to develop strategies for improved cost efficiency- Support with preparation of budgets and forecastsThe successful candidate will be ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified with proven experience in a financial leadership role and strong analytical skills.Unfortunately, due to the high number of applications currently being received, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
