About the Role:
- My client's pub is bringing premium London quality into this idyllic Kent property, I'm looking for operators who are passionate about hosting the perfect dinner party every day.
- Stunning décor with a high standard throughout with slick operating systems.
- General Manager looking for a great premium challenge, busy pub, premium, fresh quality food, drinks and stylish boutique rooms.
What we would LOVE from you:
- Currently be at General Management level within a high volume restaurant or pub
- Be a vivacious go-getter with a passionate zest for life, loving hospitality and the industry
- Have a great front of house presence, be an accepted leader and naturally inspire your team
- Have a good understanding of business operations
- Love great food and good service!
