Forge Talent is currently working with a growing business across the Retail & Fashion Industry who have an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Assistant to join their team.
This role will be ideal for a candidate who has some experience working in a finance background already but looking for a progressive career.
Working hours are Monday - Friday with some flexibility on hours worked including one day at home.
Reporting to the Finance Manager you will be working across mainly Purchase Ledger duties including :
- Stock invoice Processing
- Bill of Landing Management
- Bank Reconciliations
- Supplier Management - including Supplier Queries / Statement Reconciliation
- Letters of Credits
- General Support to Finance Manager - including ad hoc Finance Duties
Experience Needed :
- Some experience working in a Finance Admin Background - ideally 1 year
- Either started AAT Studies or looking to start
- Solid Communication skills - Verbal & Written
- High Level of experience within Microsoft Excel
- Analytical and Numerical Skills
