Description
- Manage and maintain a portfolio of properties
- Conduct property inspections and identify any issues
- Liaise with tenants regarding property-related queries
- Ensure compliance with housing legislation and policies
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve shared goals
- Develop and maintain relationships with external agencies
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions
- Assist in the implementation of new processes and procedures
Profile
A successful Housing Officer should have:
- A solid understanding of housing legislation and policies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Capability to manage a varied workload and meet deadlines
- A positive attitude and a commitment to providing excellent customer service
- A degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience
