Description
- Manage and maintain a portfolio of properties
- Conduct property inspections and identify any issues
- Liaise with tenants regarding property-related queries
- Ensure compliance with housing legislation and policies
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve shared goals
- Develop and maintain relationships with external agencies
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions
- Assist in the implementation of new processes and procedures
Profile
A successful Housing Officer should have:
