Salary: £27,000 - £32,000 per annum Location: Milton Keynes Type of Contract: Permanent, Full-time. Hours: 37.5 hours, Monday - Friday
The role…
As the Warehouse Team Leader your role will involve the following important duties:
- Manage a team within a busy warehouse.
- Assess team performance.
- Maintain and improve working procedures.
- Supervise goods in/out.
- Manage and prioritise staff rotas.
The experience required…
As a successful Warehouse Team Leader you will have the following:
- Minimum 5 years' warehouse experience in a high volume environment.
- At least 3 years' Supervisory experience.
- Counterbalance, VNA or Reach Forklift licences.
- Strong IT skills with proficiency in Office 365.
- Proven leadership experience.
- Continuous improvement experience.
- Physically fit and able to lift and carry goods of up to 20kg.
