Our client is a leading precision engineering company, with a reputation for product quality which is second to none and industry leading standards. Due to a retirement they are looking for a Quality/ CMM Inspector
Role & Responsibilities:
- CMM Inspector
- Carrying out frst off and final inspections.
- Measurement of product features using calipers and hand-held measurement tools
- Improvement of the inspection processes to increase efficiency
- Conducting measurements of products/ tooling and fixtures
- FAIR and Non-conformance reports
- Calibration of measurement devices traceable to national standards
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- 5 years plus quality inspection in a precision engineering environment
- Helpful and confident
- Experience with FAIR/ Non-conformance reports
- Positive/hardworking attitude- You need to be a team player!
- CNC Milling experience
