Our client is a well-established Hospice, committed to supporting those with life-limiting conditions in the communities of Merton and Sutton. Around 80% of their patients are cared for in their homes by a dedicated Community Team, and they also offer Psychological and Wellbeing support to the community. They pride themselves on their collaborative and inclusive team, where every voice is valued and heard.
As the Clinical Lead, you'll be:
- Leading the development of best clinical practice within the IPU service
- Keeping up-to-date with changing practice and innovation within specialist palliative care
- Fostering excellent inter-disciplinary communication
- Demonstrating clinical expertise and leading the Inpatient team to provide the highest standard of nursing care
- Creating a supportive, open and positive environment for staff, encouraging initiative and facilitating evidence and research-based practice
