The role of the Personal Assistant will include
- Manage and organise the directors schedule.
- Coordinate meetings, events and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Provide administrative support throughout the business
- Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure.
- Manage office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Support the team with various projects as needed.
Profile
A successful Part Time Personal Assistant should have:
- Previous personal assistant experience
- Prior experience in an administrative or secretarial role.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and office management software.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
Job Offer
A competitive salary upto -£33,000 per annum pro rata
This will be a part time role based on 3 days per week.
