Assistant Site Manager

My client is a leading national main contractor specialising in new build projects in the health, commercial and education sectors, with values up to 20m. They currently have a requirement for an Assistant Site Manager to assist with the day to day managerial duties on a 10m commercial project in Oxford.

The successful assistant site manager will have experience of new build construction projects, hold CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid.

Duties will include:

* Reporting to the Project Manager

* Client Liaison/ meetings

* Maintaining Health and Safety on site, including inductions, toolbox talks and completion of site paperwork

* Managing site staff and subcontractors
