We are looking for a Sales Specialist to join our team and deliver excellent customer service for our life insurance services. The role involves providing efficient and accurate administrative support, ensuring KPI and SLA performance are met, and maintaining regulatory compliance. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about customer service and can manage complex tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Annual Salary: £25,515, 3 shift week rotation - 1 in 3 Saturdays, office based. 9 Month FTC with the potential for this to be extended.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Provide administrative support to the department, ensuring all work is processed accurately and efficiently to meet SLAs.
  • Support on-phone teams with customer queries, providing accurate information to help resolve issues.
  • Deliver the best possible customer service, with the aim of retaining business and enhancing profitability.
  • Handle multiple admin tasks, including customer contact via email and telephone.
  • Monitor administrative deadlines to ensure FCA guidelines are met and customers are kept informed of their request’s progress.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process and customer experience improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience with a Workflow Management system (WFM).
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office systems, including Word and Excel.
  • Ability to manage and prioritise complex tasks with varying demands at a fast pace.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Proficient in using multiple systems efficiently and effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate with customers through various channels and methods.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-channel environment.
