Our client is a successful, family-owned and managed care home company based in Worthing, West Sussex.
As the Home Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing the entire service at the nursing home, ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained.
- Working closely with your management team, providing strong leadership and inspiration.
- Ensuring clinical compliance and high-quality hospitality services.
- Managing the business performance of the home.
- Being responsible for quality monitoring and on-call duties due to the seniority of the role.
As the Home Manager, you will receive:

- Have a comprehensive knowledge and expertise of CQC essential standards and all legislation relevant to a nursing home.
- Be financially aware and able to manage and adhere to a budget.
