We are recruiting on behalf of our client in Barnsley who are a leading manufacturing business. This client have expanded their team over the past 3 years and have invested heavily in their manufacturing facility. This is an exciting opportunity to join a business that are expanding and investing heavily in it's future.
The Person:
- Educated to HNC / Degree level ideally in engineering.
- Experienced in a Manufacturing environment.
- Have led and developed teams.
- Experienced with change management.
The Role:
- Leading all site maintenance tasks.
- Controlling the CMMS work load.
- Supervising engineering tasks.
- Reporting maintenance data to the manufacturing director.
- Identifying continuous improvement opportunity.
- Leading CAPEX projects.
- Recruiting staff.
- Mentoring and developing staff.
This role is working Monday to Friday (Days only) and is paying 50,000 plus bonus and vehicle. For more information contact Shaun Treacy @ Questech.
