You'll play a key role, supporting customers through their claims journey while expertly handling negotiations and casework.The company is growing and has a dynamic focus on innovation. Offer Hybrid working with up to 4 days from home and 1 in the office. What you'll do:Manage a portfolio of moderately complex PI claims (motor & third-party)Negotiate settlements with confidenceHandle claims across various jurisdictions (England, Scotland & N. Ireland)Identify and manage potential fraudMentor and guide colleaguesWhat are we looking for: Experienced personal injury negotiator with a proven track record of Official Injury Claim (OIC) and Ministry of Justice (MOJ) portalsProven experience handling complex PI claims (£55k authority)Strong knowledge of liability assessment, reserve setting, and settlementsProficiency in RTA & litigation processes, including Article 75Deep understanding of relevant personal injury case law across jurisdictionsExcellent communication, negotiation, and time management skillsWhat next?
