We have a fantastic opportunity for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join a reputable regional main contractor in Southampton. The business works across many sectors including commercial, healthcare, education and leisure with projects typically ranging up to 25mil in value. Projects are typically administered via JCT forms of contract and are within an hours radius of Southampton.
Due to a recent project win, they're now looking to bring an Assistant Quantity Surveyor into the team. As Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will be working closely with the Senior Quantity Surveyor to manage the project from the pre-construction through to final account. You will be responsible for procuring and managing various sub-contract packages and assisting in monthly CVR's.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business with ample progression opportunity with many of the senior management team having been with the business from a junior level. In return, they're offering a salary of up to 40k + package (dependent on experience).
