Our leading client is currently recruiting for a Service Architect / Design Manager to join their expanding technical sales team.

As a Service Architect, you'll play a vital role in ensuring their service solutions align with their organisation's Standard Service Offerings and their customers' specific service requirements. The organisation is dedicated to delivering cutting-edge service solutions that exceed customers' expectations, so you'll have a real passion for designing services and driving excellence!

Working closely with internal stakeholders and customers, you'll leverage your service management knowledge to oversee service delivery, design, and implementation, ensuring seamless transitions and ongoing support beyond implementation.

Role

  • Ensure service solutions align with organisational Standard Service Offerings and customers' service requirements.
  • Support the design and implementation of SLAs to facilitate the continued transition of our products and services to customers.
  • Utilize your strong problem-solving skills to address service-related challenges and provide hands-on support as needed.
  • Interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
  • Maintain SC clearance or be willing to undergo SC clearance.
  • Possess technical knowledge across various disciplines, including virtualization, security, networking, and cloud services.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in service architecture and ITIL framework practices.

Skills / Experience:

  • Experience in service management, engineering, or delivery roles in a managed services environment.
  • Strong understanding of service architecture, ITIL framework practices, and general business principles.
  • ITIL v4 Foundation and/or TOGAF
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
