Customer Service Coordinator
We're recruiting an experienced Customer Service Coordinator for a renowned household name who offer a prestigious and high-end interesting product based in WF2. This is a great opportunity for a Customer Service Coordinator who enjoys a busy, complex customer service role where no two days would be the same.
Permanent - 37 hours per week

The Role
- First point of contact for customers
- Answering customer queries over the phone and on email
- Ensuring a high standard of customer service is provided at all times
- Working within relevant guidelines and legislations
- Ensuring customer information is correct and up to date on company system
- Liaising with other internal departments
The Candidate
- Strong communication skills
- Previous Customer Service experience in an office based role
- Empathetic, calm and understanding persona
- Well organised with the ability to mange own time efficiently
- Ability to work under pressure
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
