We are currently recruiting for one of the UK’s Leading FMCG companies who are looking for a Project Support Co-ordinator. It’s an exciting new opportunity to work for a recognised leading company specialising in Retail and Digital E-commerce, they offer an outstanding experience for users by making their services/products easily accessible online, anywhere, anytime and on any device!

Main Responsibilities as a Project Support Co-ordinator

  • Act as a central point of contact and subject matter expert for key stakeholders, managing customer expectations and relationships effectively.
  • Coordinate and oversee deployment activities within a defined customer portfolio, ensuring adherence to established processes and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Resolve customer issues promptly to enhance the retailer experience and uphold our brand reputation.
  • Drive asset management and recovery through consistent processes.
  • Escalate complex issues and queries as needed for timely resolution.

Experience & Skills Required

  • Proficiency in Google Suite applications and Microsoft Office.
  • Previous experience with SAP or other business systems/databases preferred.
  • Customer-facing experience or background in a customer service-oriented role.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to address complex issues efficiently.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple activities effectively.
  • happy to work 5 days per week in the Watford office.
