We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Sales & Customer Service Manager to join our clients team based at their site in Whetherby!


Our client is a successful manufacturer, distributor & retailer of artisan pizza ovens.


We are pleased to be able to offer this role on a permanent basis, therefore meaning if successful you'll be employed directly by our client.


What you'll be doing:

You will be in charge of the day to day operations and running of the business., with no two days being the same.

  • Developing new business by generating leads, making outbound calls, conducting face to face meetings along with showroom visits.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Confidently communicating with customers, providing quotes and closing sales.
  • Dealing with advanced sales and customer queries, offering product knowledge and support.
  • Work closely with logistics & 3rd parties to plan, the dispatch and delivery of orders.
  • Processing & responding to all new enquiries in a timely manner, whilst ensuring all customers requirements and needs are met.
  • Ensuring in-house systems are kept up to date.
  • Delivering the best customer service possible with every interaction.

Your Skills:

  • A track record of sales achievements is essential for this role.
  • Strong communication skills with a confident telephone manner.
  • Able to build trusted relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Experience working within a fast-paced customer service and sales management role.
  • Good negotiation and organisational skills.
  • Passionate about sales, with hunger to exceed weekly and monthly targets.
  • Ambitious and wants to grow within a company.

Hours:

Monday - Friday 9AM - 5PM


Pay:

£30,000 P/a + up to 20% performance related bonus (OTE £36,000 +)
