Excellent opportunity for an experienced Landscape Foreman to join a well-established company

Salary: Up to £40k Including bonuses depending on experience

Location: based from home covering the North West

Minimum 5 years’ experience, ideally as a foreman but not essential

Job Description:

The company is a multi-award-winning design and construction company. They deliver bespoke high-quality projects to the private sector throughout the northwest region. Due to their excellent reputation, magazine and national television coverage of our work, their schedule has expanded dramatically opening up the opportunity to grow the teams.

The right person must be able to:

  • Construct gardens to a high level.
  • Lead and manage a team constructing gardens.
  • Be able to manage projects with work and materials schedules of projects up to £250k.
  • Capable of implementing strategies for the efficient installation of private high-end clientele.
  • Ability to work to strict deadlines and deliver projects within budget.
  • Work to a high level of detailed finish and precision.
  • Have excellent working knowledge of all aspects of hard landscaping.
  • Able to follow detailed construction plans.
  • Have a pleasant, professional and approachable persona.
  • Be able to deal with clients, staff and sub-contractors effectively, efficiently and diplomatically.
  • Experience on machinery and plant hire.

This role involves driving a company vehicle to sites across the northwest and as such you will need a full, clean, driving licence. The company offers a competitive salary along with 28 days paid holiday, a full-time contract, pension scheme and the opportunity to work in a friendly, enjoyable workplace, helping to create inspiring industry leading projects. Hours are sensible. We work 8am till 4pm and generally no weekends.
