I am currently looking to recruit a dynamic and talented Senior Chef De Partie on behalf of one of the most iconic restaurants in the heart of Mayfair. The salary offered is up to £38,000 pa.
Responsibilities:
- Execute high-quality dishes with precision, creativity, and attention to detail.
- Lead and collaborate with a team of 16 culinary professionals to maintain exceptional standards.
- Ensure the kitchen operates efficiently, adhering to all safety and hygiene standards.
The Right Candidate:
- Proven experience as a Senior Chef De Partie in a luxury hospitality setting.
- Culinary expertise with a focus on attention to detail.
- Strong leadership skills, fostering teamwork and maintaining a positive kitchen culture.
- Exceptional organizational abilities.
- A passion and previous experience in Mediterranean and European cuisine
