We’re Looking For:
We are seeking an Account Manager with experience in customer relationship management and sales. You will be part of a dedicated accounts team responsible for managing and growing buyer relationships. You will be involved in providing exceptional customer service, driving buyer adoption, and acting as a liaison between our company and dealerships. In this role, you will have the opportunity to use your experience in account management, sales, and customer service. The ideal candidate will have 2-3+ years of experience in a customer-focused or account management position.

You Will:
Act as the main point of contact for assigned dealerships within your book of business.
Maintain good communication with all departments and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and issue resolution.
Develop and maintain expertise in our products, industry trends, and competition.
Thoroughly document research and customer interactions in our CRM system.
Track and measure call activity and performance against goals using CRM software.
Provide technical leadership to the application development team.
Who You Will Work With:
Reporting to a Director of Account Management, this role will collaborate with dealerships on a regular basis. You will also work closely with cross-functional teams such as product management and technology teams.
Must Have's:
2-3+ years of customer-focused or account management experience.
College degree or equivalent professional experience.
Superior communication skills and proficiency in Google Suite.
Demonstrable knowledge of CRM tools, preferably Salesforce.
Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work or reside within Eastern or Central time zones.
Nice to Have's:
Experience in the automotive industry.
Experience utilizing Slack and other communication tools.
