We’re Looking For:

We are seeking a Manager of Transformation with experience in strategic planning, process refinement, and project management. You will be part of a transformation team responsible for driving organizational change and efficiency. You will be involved in facilitating data-driven decision-making, adapting to market changes, and supporting key initiatives for stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in supporting high-level projects, strategic content creation and delivery, and overall process refinement for organizational development through proven experience.

You Will:

  • Act as a liaison between various departments focused on effective communication and coordination within the organization. 

  • Gather and analyze data for decision-making through prepared reports and presentations. 

  • Handle sensitive business objectives and confidential information with the utmost discretion. 

  • Drive structure and build slide decks, managing and revamping them as needed or requested. 

  • Challenge conventional processes and thinking through thought-provoking questions based on curiosity and strive for continuous improvement. 

  • Assist in building strategies from sometimes vague concepts, seek to refine processes, and duplicate as needed. 

  • Adapt to sometimes volatile market trends and redesign strategic input and decks as necessary. 

  • Support key stakeholders and executives with adaptability to different personality styles and needs. 

  • Use support tools and technology to efficiently and effectively complete requests. 

  • Have a broad perspective on organizational scope and support. 

Who You Will Work With:

Reporting to the Director of Transformation, this role will collaborate with key stakeholders at various levels including C-Suite executives regularly. Other interactions/exposure include cross-functional teams, external partners, and subject matter experts of various departments.

Must Have’s:

  • 3-5 years of experience in consulting or advising on business strategies and transformation. 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field. 

  • Proven experience in proposing strategies, presenting solutions, project management, and data-driven decision-making. 

  • Understanding of finance and trend analysis. 

  • Proven track record of driving organizational change and efficiency.

  • Have a broad perspective on organizational scope and support.

  • Experience in using Google Suite of products, specifically Sheets and Slides. 

  • Excellent copy or presentation skills.

  • Ability to take complex or vague concepts and turn them into presentable strategies. 

Nice to Have’s:

  • MBA 

  • Experience using DOMO

  • Technical writing experience and capabilities

  • Familiarity with digital marketplaces and digital transformation.

  • Prior experience leading organizational change and overseeing change management.
