Customer Service Associate - GERMAN SPEAKING

Customer Service Associate required to work as part of a dynamic team in a busy office serving the whole of the European, Middle Eastern and African Market for our clients Customer Service Team.

This is a very varied role as we hold our customer base as the most valuable asset of our organisation. Effective customer care accelerates our growth and customer service associates connect everyone in the company to the customer, which makes this role very important.

Main responsibilities:

- handling customers requests received by phone or e-mail (this is a computer based role)

- processing customer quotation and order requests;

- stock identification;

- building and maintaining customer relationships;

- administrative tasks including e-filing and report running

- translating of business and finance documents;

Key skills:

- business-like in appearance and manners

- customer focussed at all times

- responsive to both external customers and colleagues

- accuracy with data handling

- capable to work under pressure and deliver results

- reliable team player

- confident in IT skills

- capable to work both under close supervision and independently

Advantages could be:

Knowledge of SAP S4 Hana, Excel, Outlook email, MSSharepoint, MSTeams

Previous experience in customer service

Previous experience in logistics (eg air express / airfreight)

Experience of work abroad

Business based qualification

Key requirements:

- Native speakers or graduates with professional qualifications in German. In addition will need to be fluent in spoken and written ENGLISH. Additional languages would prove advantageous, especially Italian, French or Spanish.

- Previous experience in customer facing role, IT (data base handling, elements of statistical analysis, metrics running, etc.) or technical areas

Working hours: 9am to 5pm with half-hour lunch break (at least 3 days per week office on-site based, flexibility to work up to 2 days from home on request) Start date: ASAP
