An exciting opportunity has arisen to be part of an inspirational team as a full time Senior Customer Service Assistant.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills and great motivation are essential to create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
Fortnightly rota to include working 4 days during the week plus alternate weekends.
Senior Customer Service Assistant responsibilities
- Every customer is greeted and offered assistance, and dealt with courteously by members of the team
- Customers are directed to the appropriate area of the centre
- Product queries are answered or referred to the appropriate department
- Telephone to be answered promptly and professionally when covering the desk, ensuring all queries are dealt with efficiently
- Packing of goods is carried out in a professional manner, and carry outs are offered where required
- Queries and complaints handled with courtesy and where necessary referred to the Customer Service Manager / Assistant Manager or Operations Manager
- Cash, credit and debit card payments, vouchers and gift tokens are all processed correctly
- Staff purchase procedures adhered to at all times
- Any cash discrepancies identified are reported to management and investigated
- Ensure correct till and discount procedures are carried out in line with Company procedures
