As part of their commitment to excellence, they are seeking a talented Family Solicitor to join their team.
The Role:
As a Family Solicitor, you will be responsible for:
- Advising and representing individuals on a wide range of family law matters.
- Providing support and guidance to vulnerable clients involved in court proceedings.
- Delivering a client-focused and commercially astute service.
- Conducting advocacy and advising on the merits of appeals when necessary.
- Managing a busy caseload effectively and efficiently.
- Taking clients' instructions and providing legal advice.
- Conducting legal research and analysing case law.
- Growing your own caseload under appropriate supervision.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Qualified Solicitor with experience in Family Law.
- Strong advocacy skills and experience representing clients in court.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive approach and commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
- Financial management skills, including time recording and billing.
